Navariya Primary School - TCWCT Empowering Health and Hygiene

The Children's Welfare Charitable Trust (TCWCT) is devoted to advancing the health and well-being of children in rural areas through innovative initiatives. On August 21, 2024, TCWCT conducted an impactful health check-up camp at Navariya Primary School, Halol, Panchmahal District. This initiative is a testament to our ongoing efforts to deliver meaningful CSR activities in government schools.

As part of our "Enhancing Children’s Health Through Eye Check-Up, Dental Check-Up Camp, and WASH in Schools" program, we collaborated with Century Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. to effectively address critical health concerns affecting children's development.

Professional healthcare providers performed detailed eye examinations and dental check-ups for students from standards 1 to 8. These evaluations helped identify potential health issues and provided essential advice on maintaining optimal eye and dental health. Additionally, the camp featured engaging hygiene sessions under our WASH program, teaching students proper handwashing techniques, the significance of clean drinking water, and waste management.

TCWCT’s comprehensive approach ensures that students receive vital healthcare services and learn to prioritize their health effectively, fostering a positive environment for their learning and growth. This holistic strategy is crucial for their overall development and well-being, and we will continue to implement it with confidence.
