Advancing Health and Hygiene - TCWCT’s Health Camp at Duniya Primary School, Halol
At The Children's Welfare Charitable Trust (TCWCT), we are steadfast in our mission to revolutionize the health and well-being of children in rural areas through groundbreaking initiatives. On October 03, 2024, TCWCT orchestrated a comprehensive health check-up camp at Duniya Primary School. This remarkable event signifies our continued efforts to implement impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in government schools.
The health check-up camp was part of our "Enhancing Children’s Health Through Eye Check-Up, Dental Check-Up Camp, and WASH in Schools" program. Through our collaboration with [Partner Organization], we effectively harnessed expertise and resources to address critical health issues that affect children's development.
Healthcare professionals led the camp, providing thorough eye examinations and dental check-ups to numerous students from standards 6 to 8. These assessments helped identify potential health issues and offered invaluable advice on maintaining optimal eye and dental health. Additionally, interactive sessions on hygiene practices under our WASH program educated students on proper handwashing techniques, the importance of clean drinking water, and solid waste management.
By addressing health and hygiene comprehensively, TCWCT ensures students access essential healthcare services and know how to prioritize their health effectively. This holistic approach is crucial for their overall development and well-being, and it's a strategy we will continue to implement confidently.
