Every two minutes, a child dies from malaria – a deadly, yet preventable disease. We can be the generation to defeat malaria.
Every two minutes, a child dies from malaria, a disease caused by a single mosquito bite. Malaria is preventable and treatable, with a life-saving, bed net and other malaria prevention tools and treatment. At-risk communities, pregnant women, and children are most vulnerable to this disease.
The Children’s Welfare Charitable Trust provides life-saving mosquito nets protecting thousands from mosquitoes that transmit malaria under our Maternal, Newborn and Child Health Program. Mosquito nets are a simple, cost-effective solution to protect families from malaria while they sleep.
